Ryan Dorow, a 2015 Trail Blazer, made his MLB debut with the Texas Rangers on Thursday, starting at 3rd and going 0 for 3 with a walk. Dorow was originally drafted by the Rangers in the 30th round of the 2017 June draft out of NCAA Division II Adrian College in Michigan, becoming the program’s first draft pick since 1974.
